Restaurant 8 is one of the UK’s most progressive dining experiences. Led by Liverpool-born chef Andrew Sheridan of Great British Menu fame and his team, it’s all hosted in the heart of the 8 kitchen. Played out against the backdrop of our bespoke 8 soundtrack, this creates an immersive and exciting dining experience. Having achieved three AA-Rosettes, 8 is also listed in The Michelin Guide, and was named by The Times as one of its top 10 worldwide dining experiences. Michelin remarked that 8 is one of the most unique countertop experiences.

8 can be booked exclusively for birthdays, weddings, business meetings, product launches or just a gathering of friends and family. Each one of our chef’s benches seats up to 8 guests. However, the benches can be booked exclusively for any number up to 8 or up to 16 over two benches situated next to one another and hosted by their own chef.

Costs 

Exclusive chef’s dining experience – £110 pp or with drinks pairing at £195 pp. Each bench can be exclusively booked via tock for up to 8 guests with a minimum spend of £1500 per bench. Minimum spend includes all food and drink purchased however, does not include service charge at 12.5%. Terms of Reschedule are 14 days
